How to Connect to Your Dashcam

  1. 1Download the dashcam app from the App Store or Google Play (app name will be provided by your installer)
  2. 2Turn on your vehicle to power the dashcam
  3. 3Enable Wi-Fi on your phone and look for your dashcam's network (usually starts with the brand name)
  4. 4Connect to the dashcam's Wi-Fi network using the password provided by your installer
  5. 5Open the dashcam app and follow the setup instructions
  6. 6You should now see live footage from your dashcam on your phone

How to Download Footage

  1. 1Connect to your dashcam using the mobile app (see steps above)
  2. 2Navigate to the 'Playback' or 'Gallery' section in the app
  3. 3Browse through recorded footage by date and time
  4. 4Select the video clip you want to download
  5. 5Tap the download or save button (usually a downward arrow icon)
  6. 6The video will be saved to your phone's gallery or camera roll
  7. 7You can now share the footage via text, email, or social media

How to Remove the SD Card

  1. 1Turn off your vehicle and wait 30 seconds for the dashcam to fully power down
  2. 2Locate the SD card slot on your dashcam (usually on the side or back)
  3. 3Gently press the SD card inward until you hear a click - it should spring out slightly
  4. 4Carefully pull the SD card out with your fingers
  5. 5To reinsert, align the card properly and push it in until it clicks into place
  6. 6Never remove the SD card while the dashcam is recording as this may corrupt the footage
