End User License Agreement

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Wizard Dashcam Installs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of our website, internal tools, and any associated software or integrations (collectively, the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Wizard Dashcam Installs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Application for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree not to:

• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application or its related systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wizard Dashcam Installs. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights in the Application to you. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Application without our express written permission.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
